How to choose the right size?
Measure your dog's chest circumference and back length (base of the neck to base of the tail) and compare with the size guide on each product page. If between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Will my dog tolerate the sweater?
Our sweaters are made of soft, stretchy knit, with a scoop neckline and a leash opening. Most dogs forget they are wearing them within minutes, especially on walks in cold weather.
Are the collars adjustable?

Yes, all our collars and bandanas have a buckle or adjustment system. Check the neck size range indicated on the product page.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an unworn item in its original packaging. Contact us by email to initiate the return.
